Council Member Rein ert• introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -51 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR THE SOUTHEAST <br />QUADRANT OF I -35E /MAIN STREET INTERCHANGE <br />(SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 , SECTION 24, T31,R22) <br />WHEREAS, the City has received a request from Richard and Patricia Schreier for City <br />approval of a Registered Land Survey (RLS); and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes, approved the minor subdivision, represented in the RLS, on <br />May 8, 2000, following a public hearing and in accordance with the provisions of the City's <br />Subdivision Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the RLS has been prepared in conformance with the requirements of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 508, in order to convey the parcel created by said minor subdivision approval <br />WHEREAS, the RLS is in conformance with the minor subdivision approval previously granted <br />by the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby approves <br />the Registered Land Survey attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th <br />7utl'ar�ne Bartell, C <br />of h, 2006 <br />1 <br />onnell.
