• <br />Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -92 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 2ND AVENUE & WILDFLOWER DRIVE STORM SEWER <br />MAINTENANCE <br />WHEREAS, the City is responsible for maintaining its storm sewer system. <br />AND WHEREAS, the corrective measures are unable to be performed by City Staff. <br />AND WHEREAS, the following quotes were received: <br />Contractor Quote Amount <br />Infratech (cleaning and sealing) $ 19,184.00 <br />Infratech (lining) $ 29,980.00 <br />Miller Pipeline Corp. $ 48,108.00 <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Infratech (cleaning and sealing) provides the lowest <br />quote amount; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />• LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with Infratech, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the maintenance of the <br />storm sewer system at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Wildflower Drive <br />according to the quote presented by Infratech approved by the City Council and on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />• <br />Julaa'nn - Bartell, Ci C erk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of June, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Reinert, Carlson O'Deonnll, Stoltz, Mayor Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
