Council Member . Carlson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />111 <br />adoption: <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -94 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING EAST RONDEAU LAKE ROAD <br />STORM SEWER REPAIR <br />WHEREAS, the City is responsible for maintaining and repairing its storm sewer <br />system. <br />AND WHEREAS, the culvert that conveys flow under East Rondeau Lake Road has <br />failed. <br />AND WHEREAS, the repairs are unable to be performed by City Staff, <br />AND WHEREAS, estimated costs for this project amount to $17,000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with Olson's Excavating Service, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the <br />replacement of the culvert located north of 8166 East Rondeau Lake Road. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of June, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Carlson, Stoltz, O'Deonnell, Reinert, Mayor Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
