Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -105 <br />APPROVING A PARADE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE <br />BLUE HERON DAYS PARADE, AUGUST 19, 2006 <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council had under consideration at its regular meeting <br />of June 26, 2006 a parade permit application for a proposed parade along Lake Drive <br />on August 19, 2006 submitted by the Blue Heron Days Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, said permit application was reviewed for compliance with the City of Lino <br />Lakes code of ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, said permit application was reviewed by the Police Department and Public <br />Works Department and was approved subject to conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, the Blue Heron Days Parade coordinator will also be seeking approval from <br />Anoka County; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the City Council hereby approves the parade permit application by the Blue Heron <br />Days Committee subject to ongoing efforts to ensure proper safety, signage and related <br />issues; and contingent upon approval by the Anoka County Board. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th y of June, 2006. <br />ne Bartell, C.
