• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -120 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE <br />CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, City of Lino Lakes is required to update its Comprehensive Plan to meet <br />the requirements of the Metropolitan Land Planning Act; and <br />WHEREAS, DSU, Inc., has submitted a proposal to assist the City with the preparation <br />of the Comprehensive Plan Update; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. that the proposal for Comprehensive Plan Update Consultant services is hereby <br />approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized execute the <br />agreement for services with DSU, Inc., on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of July, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member still t, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Reinert, Stoltz, O'Donnell, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Carlson <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Julia e 1artell <br />City Jerk <br />Jo.'
