4 <br />Council Member Carlson <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -131 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 10 (FINAL) AND <br />COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 - HOLLY DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the construction of Holly Drive Improvements has been completed by W.B. <br />Miller, Inc. and <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the Final <br />Payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Compensating Change Order No. 4 and Payment Request No. 10 (Final) is <br />approved for a final contract amount of $875,314.29. <br />Julia ne Bartell, <br />pity lerk <br />n Be •eso, , Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of August, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member O' Donne 1 nd upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
