• -Council Mcmbcr Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 06-183 <br />• RESOLUTION AMENDING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - FINAL PLAN FOR THE <br />LAKEWOOD APARTMENTS <br />WHEREAS, on October 24, 2005 the City adopted Resolution 05 -161 approving a planned unit development <br />final plan for the Lakewood Apartments. <br />; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application to amend the planned unit development - final plan approval <br />for the Lakewood Apartments project on the parcel described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, THE VILLAGE NO. 4 <br />; and <br />WHEREAS, the amendment approval request is based on the following submittals: <br />1. Lakewood Apartments Elevations, submitted October 5, 2006. <br />2. Lakewood Apartments Architectural Renderings, submitted October 31, 2006. <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting on October 11, 2006, the Planning & Zoning Board recommended approval of the <br />planned unit development - final plan amendment. <br />;and <br />HEREAS, the proposed planned unit development - final plan amendment meets the requirements of the <br />ity's zoning ordinance, subdivision ordinance, the Lino Lakes Town Center Design and Development Guide, <br />and the conditions of approval listed in Resolution 05 -161. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby approves the planned <br />unit development - final plan amendment for the Lakewood Apartments subject to the following conditions: <br />1. With the exception of condition number 10, which was satisfied by Resolution 06 -177, the <br />conditions of approval of Resolution 05 -161 shall continue to apply to this project. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of November 2006. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of November, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member'Donnel and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />*Stoltz, O'Donnell, Carlson, Bergeson <br />he following voted against same: <br />Reinert <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
