• Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -194 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE PHASE I — STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted August 22, 2005, <br />awarding the construction contract for the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase 1 - Street and <br />Utility Improvements to Glenn Rehbein Companies, and <br />WHEREAS, modifications to the pervious paver parking area were proposed to include <br />white colored pervious paving bricks to form parking stall stripes which requires a <br />change in the contract price for installation of the pervious pavers. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that: <br />1. Change Order No.3 related to the installation of white colored pervious paving <br />bricks in the amount of $10,005.00 is hereby approved. <br />ne Bartell, 9ity Jerk <br />.911:6111rAmmirm.- <br />John + Berg on, % ayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of November, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Stoltz, Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
