• Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -194 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE PHASE I — STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted August 22, 2005, <br />awarding the construction contract for the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase 1 - Street and <br />Utility Improvements to Glenn Rehbein Companies, and <br />WHEREAS, modifications to the pervious paver parking area were proposed to include <br />white colored pervious paving bricks to form parking stall stripes which requires a <br />change in the contract price for installation of the pervious pavers. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that: <br />1.
