• Parcel 14, PIN 22.31.22.41.0002 Exhibit A (Continued) St. Paul Regional Water Services, page 5 A piece and parcel of real estate situated in Section (22), Township 31, and Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the northeasterly corner of lot six (6) of section twenty -two (22) of the aforesaid Township and Range; thence south along the east line of said section twenty -two (22) to the southeast corner of said lot six (6); thence west twenty-four and 75/100 (24.75) feet; thence north and parallel with said east line of said lot six (6) to a point two hundred and fifty -seven and 9/10 (257.9) feet south of the north line of the southwest quarter of aforesaid section twenty -three (23) if produced west to low water mark of said Centerville lake; thence north fifty (50) degrees west a distance of one hundred and sixty (160) feet to a point; thence south forty (40) degrees west one hundred and seventy and five tenths (170.5) feet to a point; thence south sixty-seven (67) degrees and fifty (50) minutes west seven hundred (700) feet; thence north twenty-two (22) degrees and ten (10) minutes west to an intersection with the low water mark of said Centerville Lake; thence northeasterly along low water mark to an intersection with the north line of said southwest quarter of the aforesaid section twenty -three (23) if extended westerly to said low water mark; thence easterly along said line so extended to the place of beginning, said described tract containing two and 87/100 (2.87) acres, more or less. Parcel 15, PIN 22.31.22.41.0002 11 that portion of land in lot 6 section 22, town 31 N., range 22 W., lying ithin a line described as surveyed and staked out upon the ground: Beginning at the S.W. corner of lot 6, section 22, tolwn 31 N., range 22 W., thence east 300 feet along the south line of lot 6, thence north 9 degrees and 35 minutes east 758 feet to the southwest corner of the right of way of the St. Paul Water Works, thence northwesterly along said right of way to the low water line of Centerville lake, thence northwesterly along said low water line to the west line of lot 6, thence south along the west line of lot 6 to the place of beginning containing 8.1 acres more or less, said land being that portion colored yellow on plat number 1 of the Seventh Series of Extension of the St. Paul Water Works, which is on file in the office of the Register of Deeds of Anoka County.
