<br />the following described land: Commencing at a point on the S. line of the N. '/2 of lot 1, sec. 14, town 31 N., range 22 W.,
<br />at a distance of 1592 feet W. of the S.E. corner of the N. 1/2 of said lot 1 and 16.5 feet W. of the highway as now laid out
<br />and traveled through the N. 1/2 of said lot 1, thence N. 15 degrees, 41 minutes E. 301 feet, thence N. 5 degrees, 47 minutes
<br />E. 301 feet, thence N. 6 degrees, 16 minutes W. 65 feet to a point on the S. line of lot 1, section 11, town and range

<br />distance of 1740 feet W. of the S.E. corner of the S. %2 of said lot 1, said point being 16.5 feet W. of the center of the
<br />110 highway as now laid out and traveled through the said S. %2 of lot 1, thence N. 11 degrees, 14 minutes E. 277 feet, thence
<br />T. 13 degrees 44 minutes E. 396 feet to a point on the N. line of the S. %2 of said lot 1, said point being 1592 feet W. of the
<br />.d.E. corner of S. %2 of said lot 1 and 16.5 feet W. of the center of said highway running through said lot 1, thence W.

<br />W. along the N. line of said lot 2 to low water line of Peltier lake, thence southwesterly along said low water line to the
