N <br />0 <br />z ti <br />m ! g0 <br />M 01 74,2 <br />0 a o 0 <br />U U <br />RESOLUTION VI - a 3 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes projects the need for <br />connecting up to the existing Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission Interceptor located in Circle Pines, and <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has <br />reserved capacity in this Interceptor for the future use <br />of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes <br />requests the Metropolitan Council to consider amending the <br />Water Quality Policy Plan to include service to Lino Lakes <br />border by the extension of the Circle Pines /Blaine <br />Interceptor. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this <br />22nd day of December, 1980. <br />Edna L.
