RESOLUTION NO. 81 - 38 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, was duly held in the City <br />Hall in the City of Lino Lakes on Thursday, October 15, 1981, commencing at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., C.T. <br />The following Councilmembers were present: F. Kenneth Gourley, Marilyn <br />Elsenpeter, John McLean, Ronald Jaworski and Richard Kulaszewicz <br />and the following were absent: None <br />• <br />The following Resolution was presented by Councilmember <br />Ronald Jaworski <br />, who moved its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING THE SALE OF $1,600,000 <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1981. <br />WHEREAS, on February 23, 1981, this Council received a petition for a <br />sanitary sewer improvement along Highway No. 49 from Rice Creek north to <br />its end at Minnesota Correctional Facility, and also from Highway 49 north <br />to 77th Street along Lake Drive, and this Council did further find that <br />such petition was signed by the required number of front footage property <br />owners as provided in Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035; <br />WHEREAS, following published and mailed notice in accordance with law, <br />a public hearing on said improvement project was held on May 27, 1981, and <br />was continued to July 15, 1981; <br />WHEREAS, this Council did by a vote of 3 ayes and 2 nays on August 13, <br />1981, order a sanitary sewer improvement project to serve a portion of the <br />properties contained in the original petition; <br />• <br />
