(b) The purchase price of said obligations shall be <br />$1,570,080, the sum of $29,920 representing an addi- <br />tional issuance .of bonds needed to market said obli- <br />gations at this time. The Bonds shall be numbered 1 <br />through 320, inclusive, and the terms and conditions of <br />the prior sale shall remain in full force and effect <br />except as modified by this Resolution. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Marilyn Elsenpeter , and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Ronald Jaworski, Marilyn <br />Elsenpeter and F. Kenneth Gourley <br />and the following voted against the same: John C. McLean and Richard Kulaszewicz <br />where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
