• <br />• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION #83 -32 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, There exists a balance of $465.37 in the sinking <br />fund for the 1981 Certificate of Indebtedness, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, There no longer exists any debt for 1981 Certificate <br />of Indebtedness and therefore no need for funds to <br />be maintained in this account. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, <br />That the Lino Lakes City Council hereby authorizes <br />the City Clerk to transfer $465.37 from the 1981 <br />Certificate of Imdebtedness to the 1982 Certificate <br />of Indebtedness.. <br />Passed by the City Council this 27th day of December, 1983. <br />Edna L.
