RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of Lino .Lakes, Minnesota: <br />1. .That certain Petition' requesting the following' <br />described improvement: <br />the installation of sewers on Tomahawk Trail from Birch Street East to the <br />border of Shenandoah II. <br />filed with the City on the 29th day of December , 1983 , is <br />hereby declared to be signed by at least twenty -five (25 %) percent <br />in number of the benefited property owners as required by Section <br />8.01, Subdivision 1 of the Lino Lakes City. Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota: That the proposed improvement be referred <br />IIIto the City Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report <br />to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connec- <br />tion with some other improvement, and the estimated cost therefor <br />which shall be set out both in unit price and in total. <br />That the estimated number of benefited property owners <br />by such improvement is One <br />19 <br />Adopted by the Council this day of <br />City Clerk Mayor <br />
