• <br />Council Member O'Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -05 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br />AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />OTTER LAKE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution NO. 11 -52 adopted by the council on May 23, 2011, a report <br />has been prepared by TKDA, Inc., with reference to Otter Lake Road, to make improvements by <br />the extension of street, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, traffic control signals, and <br />pedestrian improvements, and <br />WHEREAS, this report was received by the council on January 9, 2012, and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The council hereby accepts the feasibility report, prepared by TKDA, Inc., dated December <br />30, 2012 and amended January 9, 2012. <br />2. The council will consider such improvements in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $895,000. <br />3. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of February, <br />2012 in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement . - 'red <br />411 <br />ATTEST: <br />Julie Bart 11, City Cl <br />k <br />Jeff ' e r M. yor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of January, 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Roeser and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
