• Council Member O'Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 12 -05 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT OTTER LAKE ROAD WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution NO. 11 -52 adopted by the council on May 23, 2011, a report has been prepared by TKDA, Inc., with reference to Otter Lake Road, to make improvements by the extension of street, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, traffic control signals, and pedestrian improvements, and WHEREAS, this report was received by the council on January 9, 2012, and WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost effective, and feasible. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. The council hereby accepts the feasibility report, prepared by TKDA, Inc., dated December 30, 2012 and amended January 9, 2012. 2. The council will consider such improvements in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $895,000. 3. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of February, 2012 in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement . - 'red 411 ATTEST: Julie Bart 11, City Cl k Jeff ' e r M. yor Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of January, 2012. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: O'Donnell, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert The following voted against same: none Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
