• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -26 <br />APPROVING TOBACCO LICENSE FOR <br />CORNER EXPRESS <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Todd Steffon, owner of the <br />Corner Express store, for a license to sell tobacco products; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has paid the required fee, and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the application and verified that licensing <br />requirements are met; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has completed the required <br />background investigation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby approves a tobacco license <br />for Corner Express, 7997 Lake Drive, subject to all the fees, provisions and conditions of <br />the laws of the city, state and of the federal government. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of March, 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member RA f f P r t y and was duly seconded by Council Member B and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Roeser, O'Donnell, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff ' in • , Mayor <br />
