• <br />• <br />Upon completion of the County Road 153 (Lilac Drive) project, the County shall <br />bill the City for any construction costs in excess of the $300,000. Payment shall <br />be made within 30 days of written demand by the County. <br />2. This Amendment is hereby made a part of and shall be amended to the <br />Agreement of the parties. <br />3. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement and Amendments <br />shall remain in full force and effect. <br />
