• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12-55 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2012 TRAIL SEALCOAT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the seal coating of trails, quotes were received, <br />and the following quotes were received complying with the request <br />Contractor <br />Professional Asphalt Services, Inc. <br />Gopher State Sealcoat, Inc. <br />Engineer's Estimate <br />Amount of Quote <br />$22,935.00 <br />$28,544.00 <br />$49,170.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Professional Asphalt Services, Inc., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the <br />construction of the 2012 Trail Sealcoat Project. <br />Adoption by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of June, 2012 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Stoesz, Rafferty, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Jeff R= m -rt, Mayor <br />
