• <br />AGENDA ITEM 1D <br />STAFF ORIGNINATOR: Jean Viger, Deputy Clerk <br />MEETING DATE: July 9, 2012 <br />TOPIC: Consider Resolution 12 -56, Election Judge Approval <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority (3/5 Vote) <br />INTRODUCTION: <br />Attached is the list of Minnesota residents who, if appointed, will be trained to serve as Lino <br />Lakes Election Judges for the 2012 Primary Election on Tuesday, August 14 and /or the General <br />Election on Tuesday, November 6. After City Council approval, the applicants will be selected <br />and assigned to a precinct. <br />The Anoka County Office of Elections and Registration will conduct training sessions in July <br />and October for all election judges who are appointed to serve. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />1. Adopt Resolution 12 -56, accepting the attached list of prospective election judges. <br />
