• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12-83 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE <br />2012 STORMWATER MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the storm water maintenance project, quotes were <br />received, and the following quotes were received complying with the request <br />Contractor Amount of Quote <br />C.W. Houle $75,26 &00 <br />Penn Contracting $117,675.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with C.W. <br />Houle, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the 2012 Stormwater Maintenance Project. <br />Adoption by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of August, 2012 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />O' Donnell and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Jeff Rere , T ayor <br />
