• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 =1 3 3 <br />AUTHORIZING PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES TO PREPARE <br />AMENDMENT TO WELLHEAD PROTECTION PLAN - PART I <br />WHEREAS, The City Council is required by the Minnesota Department of Health to prepare <br />an amendment to the Wellhead Protection Plan; <br />WHEREAS, The City has received a proposal from WSB & Associates, Inc. to prepare Part I <br />of the required amendment to the Wellhead Protection Plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota, that an amendment to the City's Wellhead Protection Plan — Part I is <br />authorized to be performed by WSB & Associates, Inc at a cost of $17,500. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes thisl Othday of Dec , 201_2 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />O' Donnell and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Jul <br />nne Bartell, C.
