CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -01 <br />• <br />WHEREAS, Sherco Construction, Inc., has submitted a peddlers license application to the city <br />clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Sherco Construction, Inc. has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 <br />of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for - profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on the <br />company representatives that would be working in Lino Lakes, Shayne Andrew Hawkins, <br />Dennis William Rediski, Brian Joseph Smith and Grant Samuel Peterson; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />Mr. Shayne Hawkins, Mr. Dennis Rediski, Mr. Brian Smith and Mr. Grant Peterson, employees <br />of Sherco Constriction, Inc., are hereby authorized to vend for a period of six - months beginning <br />January 15, 2013 and ending July 14, 2013. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of January, 2013. <br />• <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />0' non n e i snd was duly seconded by Council Member R nP G Pr and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Ju i. e Bartell, City 1 lerk <br />
