CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -10 <br />APPROVING NO PARKING RESTRICTION ON BOTH SIDES OF OTTER LAKE <br />ROAD FROM MAIN STREET (CSAH 14) TO 400 FEET NORTH OF MAIN STREET <br />(CSAH 14), S.A.P.: 210 - 114 -001 <br />WHEREAS, The City has planned the improvements of Otter Lake Road from Main Street <br />(CSAH 14) to 400 feet north of Main Street (CSAH 14) ; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has ordered the project for the Otter Lake Road Street and <br />Utility Improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes will be expending Municipal State Aid System funds on <br />improvements to Otter Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the <br />street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid project must therefore <br />be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />That the City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of Otter Lake Road from <br />Main Street (CSAH 14) to 400 feet north of Main Street (CSAH 14) at all times. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28 day of Jan , 2013 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Ra f f e r t nand was duly seconded by Council Member, t o P s z and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, SToesz, Roeser, O'Donnell, R <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />u is e Bartell, City 1 lerk <br />Jeff Rei rt ray: r <br />
