Consider Resolution No. 13 -60, Approving Development <br />Agreement for Main Street Shoppes <br />(TO FOLLOW FRIDAY) <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Staff is requesting City Council consideration of the Preliminary Plat, Final Plat and <br />111/ <br />Development Contract for Main Street Shoppes. <br />Complete Application Date: <br />March 22, 2013 <br />P & Z Board Meeting: <br />April 10, 2013 <br />City Council Meeting: <br />May 13, 2013 <br />120 -Day Review Date: <br />June 20, 2013 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant has submitted a Preliminary & Final Plat for review. The plat is a commercial <br />subdivision consisting of Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlot A, Main Street Shoppes. <br />The subject site is located in the northeast quadrant of the I -35E and Main Street corridor and <br />consists of 18.56 gross acres. A site plan from McDonald's USA, LLC has been submitted with <br />the subdivision proposal and will be reviewed by staff as a separate application. <br />The preliminary and final plat for Main Street Shoppes meets the requirements of the City <br />Subdivision and Zoning Ordinance and is not considered premature. The Planning & Zoning <br />Board held a public hearing on April 10, 2013 and made recommendation to the City Council to <br />approve the preliminary and final plat. <br />• <br />
