• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13-93 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 08-13 FOR PUBLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the first and second readings of Ordinance No. 08- <br />13, amending Chapter 403 of the Lino Lakes City Code relating to Individual Sewage Treatment <br />Systems; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 08 -13 is lengthy and Minn Statute 412.191 provides for a city to <br />publish a summary of an ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of the <br />intent and effect of the ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper ill include a notice that a full printed copy <br />of the ordinance is available at City Hall. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the summary of Ordinance No. 08 -13, attached hereto as Exhibit A, for <br />publication according to State Law and City Charter. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of August, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />• <br />
