ATTACHMENT A <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 08-13 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 403 OF THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE — <br />INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS. <br />Chapter 403 of the Lino Lakes City Code is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following <br />inserted in lieu thereof: <br />403.01 Purpose, Applicability and Authority. Establishes the public purpose for the <br />requirements, what the requirements apply to and sites the statutory authority for adoption of the <br />code requirements. <br />403.02 General Provisions. This section contains regulatory provisions for the following <br />categories: <br />(1) Treatment Required. <br />(2) Administration. <br />(3) Compliance. <br />(4) Conditions. <br />• (5) Site Evaluation, System Design, Construction, Inspection, and Servicing. <br />(6) Inspection. <br />(7) Compliance Inspection and Certificate of Compliance Required. <br />(8) Imminent Public Health and Safety Threat; Failing System; and Surface Discharge. <br />(9) Septic Tank Maintenance. <br />(10) Non - Complying Systems. <br />(11) Non - Complying Work. <br />(12) Change in Use. <br />(13) Variances— Setback Reduction. <br />(14) Floodplain. <br />(15) Class V Injection Wells. <br />403.03 Standards Adopted. Minnesota Rules are adopted by reference. The Section also <br />includes amended rules and specific requirements related to holding tanks and system <br />abandonment. <br />403.04 Permits. This section establishes permit requirements. <br />403.05 Violations and Penalties. This section establishes penalties for violations of the code <br />requirements. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on August 26, 2013 <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
