• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -104 <br />AUTHORIZING A TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR A SPECIAL <br />EVENT HOSTED BY THE YMCA ON OCTOBER 24, 2013 <br />WHEREAS, the Executive Director of the Chain of Lakes YMCA has submitted an <br />application for a 1 to 4 day temporary liquor license in conjunction with an event planned at <br />Waldoch Farm, 8174 Lake Dr.. on October 24, 2013; and <br />WHEREAS, the event planned is a fundraiser that includes a wine tasting; and <br />WHEREAS, the serving of alcoholic beverages will be done so that no underage alcohol <br />service will occur; and <br />WHEREAS, proof of liquor liability insurance has been submitted; and <br />WHEREAS, the Alcohol & Gambling Enforcement Division requires that this type of <br />temporary liquor application be approved by the City of Lino Lakes City Council before <br />submission to the Liquor Control Board <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />that the City Council grants local approval for a 1 -4 day temporary liquor license to the Lino <br />Lakes YMCA for a special event planned at Waldoch Farm on October 24, 2013. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of September, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (absent - O'Donnell) <br />ATTEST: <br />} <br />7uli., e Bartell, ty <br />Clerk <br />
