The event planned is a wine tasting event that <br />will be sponsored by Lakes Liquor of Lino Lakes. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Since wine will be served at this fundraiser, it is necessary for the YMCA to obtain a Temporary <br />1 -4 Day Intoxicating Liquor License Permit. Staff has determined that the Lino Lakes YMCA is <br />eligible for a temporary license under city and state regulations. <br />A copy of the applications and a copy of the certificate of liquor liability insurance are on file in <br />the city clerk's office. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve Resolution No. 13 -104, approving a 1 to 4 day Temporary On -Sale Liquor License. <br />
