• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -113 <br />APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, <br />2013 SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted September 9, 2013, the City <br />awarded the contract for the 2013 Surface Water Management Project to C.W. Houle; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that an additional project area can be added to this project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $23,950 is approved for a revised contract amount of <br />$93,938.00. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of October, 2013. <br />• <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Stoesz, Roeser, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />• <br />u ie Bartell, C ty Cler <br />
