Consider Resolution No. 13 -123 Approving Declaration of <br />Access Control for Alino Addition <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Staff is requesting City Council consideration of the Final Plat, Development Contract and <br />Declaration for Access Control for Alino Addition. <br />Complete Application Date: <br />October 11, 2013 <br />60 -Day Review Deadline: <br />December 10, 2013 <br />Planning & Zoning Board Meeting: <br />November 13, 2013 <br />City Council Meeting: <br />December 9, 2013 <br />BACKGROUND <br />Alino Addition is a two (2) lot commercial subdivision. The subject site is located in the <br />northwest quadrant of the I -35E and Main Street corridor and consists of 20.94 gross acres. A <br />site plan for a Metro Transit Park and Ride facility has been submitted with the subdivision <br />proposal and will be reviewed by staff as a separate application. <br />The Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on May 8, 2013 for the preliminary plat of <br />Alino Addition and made recommendation to the City Council for approval. The City Council <br />approved the preliminary plat on June 24, 2013 with Resolution No.13 -76. <br />In addition to the preliminary plat, the City Council approved the following resolutions: <br />1. Resolution 13 -90, Accepting Petition and Waiver Agreement from Alino LLC, 21st <br />Avenue Improvement Project <br />
