Project Tracking Sheet is attached with <br />recommendations. The wetland area on the North side of the parcel has no <br />evidence of rare or unique species. <br />Recommendations made at the Environmental Board meeting are listed on the attached <br />Tracking Sheet. <br />Letter of transmittal to Land Holding from Jeff Smyser is attached. <br />OPTIONS: 1. Recommend Plat proposal for Land Holding be forwarded on with <br />no change recommendations. <br />2. Recommend changes attached to Report consistent with recommendations <br />of January3. <br />3. Recommend changes attached to Report 3 with new recommended <br />changes from January 31. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Pending.... <br />
