Zoned R -lx, this variance <br />allowed staff to work with applicant on a conservation development PDO. <br />Please see photography. Land Holding /12th and Holly site does not <br />require a variance. Land Holding Intends to submit standard zoning <br />Preliminary Plat to Boards in the near future . <br />• A Conservation Development Ordinance would allow for Conservation <br />Development planning in this (12th and Holly) type of site.
