I think the meeting was productive. We've discussed your latest sketch of
the site on the northwest comer of 12th and Holly. We have the following comments:
1. We support eliminating the multiple driveway accesses by using one access road to
serve most of the lots on the property.
2. A water loop will be needed. Using a lot line easement to 12th Ave. is acceptable.
3. Without information on grading, stormwater design, house styles, we can't comment
on them. Note that ponding may result in the elimination of lots.
4. To reiterate a point of our meeting last week, you will need to discuss a tree
preservation plan with Marty Aslesen. The tree plan must be part of the preliminary
plat submittal.
5. We recognize that the wetland mitigation location will have to change from the
original plan. The new Lots 6 and 14 are of particular interest.
6. The minimum lot width is 90 feet in the R -1X zone. Lot width is measured at the 30'
setback, not at a variable house pad location. Lots 4 through 10 have substandard lot
•
•
