John Payton was present at the November Environmental Board <br />Meeting and gave a general overview of the proposed site development. A time <br />schedule for project process was developed by the developer and submitted with last <br />month's report. A revised schedule is enclosed with this month's report. A <br />neighborhood meeting is scheduled for December 20th. Records attached. <br />• Site Proposal includes large retail and several smaller retail stores. <br />• There have been several meetings with the project representatives. <br />• General overview to be given by Brian Wessel <br />STAFF COMMENTS/ISSUES FOR CONSIDERATION: <br />• Surface water treatment imperative <br />Information from the Environmental Inventory, specific site inventory and <br />recommendations from AES, Tree Inventory from previous development proposal, as well as <br />specific modals on surface water treatment, and information on structural soil use has <br />been given to the developers. <br />• Streetscape design and alternative transportation access need to be effective. <br />• Page 1 <br />
