04 <br />j <br />1 <br />PREFACE • <br />This writing is the narrative portion of a submittal in connection with the applicant's <br />("APPLICANT"), Ryan Companies, US Inc., application (the "APPLICATION') for approval of <br />development of the retail shopping center development ( "Lino Lakes Town Center ") a land <br />parcel (the "PROPERTY"), described below and near the northeast corner of Lake Drive (Co. <br />Rd. 23) and MnDOT Interstate 35W(I35W). <br />The Application includes the following components: <br />1. Site Plan and Building Plan approval for construction of an 182,760 Sq. Ft. Super Target and <br />eight (8) each retail buildings varying in size from 6,400 Sq. Ft. to 37,000 Sq. Ft. <br />2. Conditional Use Permit for Nursery Outdoor Sales and Display. <br />3. Site and Building Signage approval. <br />4. Preliminary Plat approval. <br />5. Parking Stall variance approval. <br />6.
