YAN <br />BACKGROUND <br />The site has historically remained undeveloped largely due to access and earthwork activities <br />necessary to develop the site. A number of proposed projects in the past have eyed the parcel as <br />one that would be a part of major redevelopment of the area. However, lack of public support <br />and financial backing of the developers have caused the past - proposed projects to not be <br />progressed. <br />A Neighborhood Meeting was held December 20, 2000 at the Lino Lakes Senior Center, thirty- <br />six (36) Lino Lakes residents attended. A survey form was offered to all attending to provide <br />written states about their concerns toward the project. Exhibit G has all surveys returned to the <br />APPLICANT at this time. <br />THE PROPERTY Ss PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br />The PROPERTY is an irregular shaped parcel bound on three sides by abutting properties to the <br />north, south and east. Lake Drive (County Road No. 23) is to the west.
