• <br />Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -20 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE PHASE 3 — STREETSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted March 26, 2006, the construction <br />contract for the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase 3 — Streetscaping Improvements was awarded <br />to Jay Brothers, Inc, and <br />WHEREAS, construction changes require the adjustment to the contract amount. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA that: <br />1.
