• <br />• <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the following amendments to the Comprehensive Plan: <br />The Proposed Land Use Plan is amended to change the land use designations for <br />specific properties as shown on the attached map "Proposed Amended Land Use <br />Plan, Lino Lakes Comprehensive Plan (Detail)" (Exhibit A). <br />The Comprehensive Plan is amended as shown in Exhibit B, including the text and <br />graphics. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this amendment of the comprehensive plan is <br />subject to review and approval by the Metropolitan Council, as required by MN Statutes. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of this comprehensive plan amendment <br />does not grant or imply any right to an approval of any specific application for <br />development within the subject area. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of February <br />2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />J.
