• <br />• <br />Council Member Reinert moved for adoption of the following Resolution: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -38 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2007 SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to perform maintenance activities on several storm water <br />facilities, and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to finance the project using $100,000.00 in Funds budgeted <br />by the City of Lino Lakes for 2007, and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to advertise for bids to construct the proposed <br />improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is directed <br />to prepare plans and specifications for the 2007 Surface Water Management Project. <br />Juli nne Bartell, it�y <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of March, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Reinert, Carlson, O'Donnell, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
