Council Member stns, introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -57 <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET DESIGNATION <br />(M.S.A. 210- 114 -020) AND (M.S.A. 210- 115 -020). <br />WHEREAS, It appears to the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the road <br />hereinafter described as a Municipal State Aid Street under the provision of Minnesota <br />Laws; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that the road described as follows, to -wit: <br />M.S.A 210 - 115 -020 from County Road 153 (Lilac Street) to County State Aid <br />Highway 23 (Lake Drive). The length of this segment is 0.25 miles. <br />M.S.A. 210 - 114 -020 from Cedar Street East to County Road 84 (Otter Lake <br />Road). The length of this segment is 0.22 miles and, <br />be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the <br />approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for <br />his /her consideration. <br />ne Bartell, <br />ty <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of April, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Membero•Donnelland upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />• thereof: <br />Stoltz, O'Donnell, Carlson, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
