Molin Amendment <br /> . Page 3 of 6 <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends adoption of Resolution No. 07-75 approving the construction of an office <br /> building, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Issues discussed in the City Engineer review memo must be addressed to his satisfaction. <br /> 2. All conditions of the previous amendments shall continue to apply. <br /> 3. A Performance Agreement between the applicant and city must be executed prior to the <br /> issuance of building permits for the site. <br /> 4. A photometric lighting plan in conformance with the standards of the zoning code must <br /> be submitted prior to the issuance of building permits. All lighting fixtures will be <br /> downcast shielded as required by the zoning code. <br /> 5. Trash enclosures must incorporate the same materials used in the construction of the <br /> main building. <br /> 6. The applicant shall obtain the necessary Rice Creek Watershed District permits. <br /> • 7. The improvements are limited to those areas depicted as Phase One. Phase Two will <br /> require a separate Conditional Use Permit Amendment application. <br /> This review is based on the following plans and information: <br /> 1. Resolution No. 07-75 <br /> 2. City Engineer Comments dated March 30, 2007 <br />
