1 <br />May 26, 1981 <br />LIQUOR LTCE_NSE_ RENEWALS <br />Mr. Locher had checked the applications, insurance forms and bonds that <br />had been delivered to the Clerk's office. <br />Ross' Bottle Shop - Mr, Jaworski moved to approve renewal of this license <br />with clairfication of the liquor liability. Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />J &K Liquor - Mr. Jaworski moved to approve renewal of this license . <br />Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />VFW - Check existing insurance for the '10 day written notice' clause. <br />Tom Thumb - Off -Sale 3.2% - Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the renewal. <br />Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried unanimously. <br />JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASING - ANOKA COUNTY <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to approve this agreement. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />APPOINTMENT OF FIRE MARSHALL TO REVIEW AND ISSUE BURNING PERMITS <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to designate Mr. Bruce Macdonald, Fire Marshall, to <br />review and issue all burning permits. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion <br />carried unanimoulsy. PAC is receive notice of this action. <br />3.2% BEER PERMIT - ST. JOSEPH CHRUCH <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the issuance of a 3.2% beer permit for <br />August 8 and 9, 1981. Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />The Church had also applied for a set up license. The City has no <br />Ordinance covering this type of permit. Mr. Locher had checked with the <br />liquor control commission and those permits must be obtained from the <br />State. Mr. Jaworski moved to refer the Church to the State Liquor Control <br />Commission. Seconded by Mr, Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Aye. 10:20 P.M. <br />addition to minutes: <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to adopt Resolution #81 -13 (Resolution requesting 1980 -81 <br />local planning assistance discretionary grant funds from the Metropolitan <br />Council).
