Motion carried unanimously/ <br />PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD REPORT <br />1 <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT - LAROCQUE <br />Mr. Schumacher presented the information regarding this request. Mr. <br />Jerry Winiecki appeared representing the LaR ocques. This request is <br />to construct a metal building for commercial purposes on property that <br />does not have municipal sewer. Mr. Schumacher noted that the present <br />zoning is correct and is consistent with our present Land Use Plan. A <br />planting design has also been included with the rquest. The Council <br />reviewed the drawing and Mr. Winiecki pointed out the driveway and the <br />area to be fenced. He said there will be no parking or business activities, <br />just storage. The only exterior storage will be during the day when <br />articles will be displayed for sale. At night these items will be <br />placed in the building. The existing building will be removed when the <br />new building is completed. <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve issuance of a Special Use Permit to Chester <br />LaR ocque at 7920 Lake Drive for the construction of a pole building as <br />per the sketch plan with no exterior storage also contingent on the pre - <br />wood building being removed within 90 days after the new building <br />is completed, that no advertising signs be posted and parking is planned <br />for outside display diring daylight hours. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT - SCHERER <br />Mr. Kluegel, Building Official, explained that the SpecialUse Permit for <br />furniture stripping was never formally issued. He has researched the <br />minutes and found that the Council approved the Special Use Permit based <br />on receving an engineers report of the content of the stripping compound. <br />The report was never received and the Clerk had not poled the Council <br />for their final vote. <br />Mr. McLean moved that the Special Use Permit application for furniture <br />stripping for Peter Scherer be stricked from the record since the <br />chemical report was never received and the Council does not know what <br />the process contained and cannot determine if it could be a pollutant. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor G ourley asked the Council to a closed session in Mr. Schumachers <br />office to discuss some litagation that is coming up tomorrow. <br />1 <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to adjourn at 8:02 P.M.
