58 <br />August 24, 1981 <br />These minutes were considered and approved at a regualar meeting held <br />on September 14, 1981. <br />Edna L Sarner, Clerk - Treasurer <br />RESOLUTION 81 -23 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COULCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Reshanau Land and <br />Reshanau Court between the North Line of Birch Street and the West <br />line of Black Duck Drive by the installation of street, curbs, <br />sanitary and storm sewer, water hydrants and lines and street <br />lighting, filed with the Council on August 13, 1981, is hereby de- <br />clared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br />affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to Milner Carley Engineering and <br />he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the impriovement as recommended. <br />Passed by the Council this 13th day of August, 1981. <br />ATTEST: <br />F.
