September 21, 1981 <br />77 <br />Mr. Volk reported that by nest year ye hopes to get back on a regular <br />schedule for seal - coating streets in the City. This work has had to be <br />delayed due to the lack of funds. <br />The motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to table items 3 through 7 on the agenda. Seconded <br />by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Gourely made note of the restaining order and the Smith action and <br />moved to authorize the Attorney to defend both actions. Seconded by Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adjourn at 8:30 P.M. Sarner, Clerk - Treasurer <br />September 28, 1981 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order <br />at 7:30 P.M., by Mayor Gourley with all members present. MR. Locher <br />and Mr. Schumacher were also present. <br />MINUTES <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the minutes of May 27 /July 15, 1981 <br />as presented. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the minutes of September 14, 1981 as <br />presented. Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter. Motion carried with Mr. <br />Jaworski abstaining. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to approve the minutes of September 17, 1981 as <br />presented. Seconded by Mr.Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to approve theminutes of September 21, 1981 as <br />presented. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried with Mr. <br />McLean abstaining. <br />DISBURSEMENTS <br />On considering the disbursements, Mr. McLean questioned several vouchers <br />and his questions were answered. Mr. McLean moved to approve the dis- <br />bursements as presented. Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one had called to speak at this point in the meeting. Mayor Gourley <br />asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished ti speak and <br />there was none. <br />
