September 21, 1981 77 Mr. Volk reported that by nest year ye hopes to get back on a regular schedule for seal - coating streets in the City. This work has had to be delayed due to the lack of funds. The motion carried unanimously. Mr. Jaworski moved to table items 3 through 7 on the agenda. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. Mayor Gourely made note of the restaining order and the Smith action and moved to authorize the Attorney to defend both actions. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adjourn at 8:30 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Aye. Sarner, Clerk - Treasurer September 28, 1981 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at 7:30 P.M., by Mayor Gourley with all members present. MR. Locher and Mr. Schumacher were also present. MINUTES Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the minutes of May 27 /July 15, 1981 as presented. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the minutes of September 14, 1981 as presented. Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter. Motion carried with Mr. Jaworski abstaining. Mr. Jaworski moved to approve the minutes of September 17, 1981 as presented. Seconded by Mr.Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Jaworski moved to approve theminutes of September 21, 1981 as presented. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried with Mr. McLean abstaining. DISBURSEMENTS On considering the disbursements, Mr. McLean questioned several vouchers and his questions were answered. Mr. McLean moved to approve the dis- bursements as presented. Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter. Motion carried unanimously. OPEN MIKE No one had called to speak at this point in the meeting. Mayor Gourley asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished ti speak and there was none.
