Sarner, Clerk- Treasurer <br />October 13, 1981 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at <br />7:30 P.M., October 13, 1981, by Mayor Gourley with all Council Members <br />present. Mr. Locher, Mr. Gotwals, Mr. Winner and Mr. Schumacher were <br />also present. <br />MINUTES <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the minutes of September 28, 1981 as <br />presented. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve the minutes of October 5, 1981 as presented. <br />Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />DISBURSEMENTS <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to approve the amended disbursements as presented. <br />Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />HIGHWAY #49 SEWER PROJECT REPORT <br />Mr. Winner reported that seven (7) bids had been reeived for the construc- <br />tion of the sewer extension to the 49 Club. The low bid had been submitted <br />by Randall Cosntruction in the amount of $24,641.50. Mr. Winner presented <br />the tabulations prepared by Milner Carley to all Council members. There <br />were some questions from the Council members which Mr. Winner and Mr. <br />Gotwald answered. Mr. Winner recommended the bid of $24,641.50 as sub- <br />mitted by Randall Construction be approved. <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve the REsolution 81 -36 awarding the contract for <br />the installation of the sewer extension to Randall Construction and to <br />authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter into a contract with that firm for <br />the construction of this sewer extension with the low bid price of <br />$24,641.50. Seconded by MR. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />Mr. Roger Acton had requested to sepak but he was not present at this <br />meeting. <br />Mr. Dennis Weible had requested to appear before the Council He reported <br />that the Home Rule Charter Commission had compelted a Charter for the City. <br />and presented the original signed copy to the Clerk. He requested the <br />Council to authorize the publication of this document in the next wo <br />issues of the Circulating Pines and to authorize this to be voted on at <br />the Election scheduled for November 3, 1981. <br />
