Sarner, Clerk- Treasurer October 13, 1981 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at 7:30 P.M., October 13, 1981, by Mayor Gourley with all Council Members present. Mr. Locher, Mr. Gotwals, Mr. Winner and Mr. Schumacher were also present. MINUTES Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the minutes of September 28, 1981 as presented. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. McLean moved to approve the minutes of October 5, 1981 as presented. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. DISBURSEMENTS Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to approve the amended disbursements as presented. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. HIGHWAY #49 SEWER PROJECT REPORT Mr. Winner reported that seven (7) bids had been reeived for the construc- tion of the sewer extension to the 49 Club. The low bid had been submitted by Randall Cosntruction in the amount of $24,641.50. Mr. Winner presented the tabulations prepared by Milner Carley to all Council members. There were some questions from the Council members which Mr. Winner and Mr. Gotwald answered. Mr. Winner recommended the bid of $24,641.50 as sub- mitted by Randall Construction be approved. Mr. McLean moved to approve the REsolution 81 -36 awarding the contract for the installation of the sewer extension to Randall Construction and to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter into a contract with that firm for the construction of this sewer extension with the low bid price of $24,641.50. Seconded by MR. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. OPEN MIKE Mr. Roger Acton had requested to sepak but he was not present at this meeting. Mr. Dennis Weible had requested to appear before the Council He reported that the Home Rule Charter Commission had compelted a Charter for the City. and presented the original signed copy to the Clerk. He requested the Council to authorize the publication of this document in the next wo issues of the Circulating Pines and to authorize this to be voted on at the Election scheduled for November 3, 1981.
