NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: 1 It has been established that any violation of the Statutory Law or County Ordinances regulating activities in a County facility shall be the responsibility of the Anoka County Sherrif's Department /Park Rangers. 2 It should be understood that the Lino Lakes' Police Department should not be considered the first response vehicle but should be used only for "back -up" purposes. 3 Any public calls received by Lino Lakes in reference to Anoka County Chain of Lakes Park shall be dispatched directly to the Sheriff's Department for appropriate action. Sarner, Clerk - Treasurer RESOLUTION 81 -36 WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of County Road J from the intersection of Highway #49 West for 463 feet, bids were received, opined and tablulated according to law, and the following bids were received com- plying with the advertisement: Randall Contracting, $24,664.50; De -Luxe Construction, Inc. $25,765.90; Dawson Construction, Inc., $27,503.00; W &G Rehbein, Inc., $28,486.00; Walhunt Construction, Inc., $38,051.00; Johnson Engineering, Inc., $39,496.00; Widmer Bro., Inc., $40,582.00. AND WHEREAS, it appears that Gerald 0. Randall of Randall Contracting, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $24,664.50. 1 1 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. The Mayor and Clark are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with Gerald 0. Randall Contracting, Inc. in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the improvement of County Road J by installing sewers according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
