Of this total 2 ballots were defective <br />and could not be counted. <br />After reviewing the above results, Mr. McLean moved to declare Mr. Benjamin <br />Benson as the winner for the office of the Mayor and Mr. Vernon Reinert <br />and Mr. Richard Kulaszewicz as winners for the office of Council Members. <br />Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Schumacher requested that a working budget meeting be set in order to <br />finalize the 1982 budget. Mr. McLean moved to set a working budget <br />meeting for Tuesday, November 17, 1981 at 7:30 P.M. Seconed by Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. McLean moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 P.M. Seconded by Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at a regular <br />meeting held on November 16, 1981. <br />Edna L. Sarner, Clerk - Treasurer <br />November 16, 1981 <br />The November 16, 1981 meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to <br />order at 7:45 P.M. by Acting Mayor Elsenpeter. This meeting is necessitated <br />due to the cancellation of the regular meeting scheduled for November 9, <br />1981 at which there was not a quorum. Members present at this meeting; <br />McLean, Kulaszewicz. Absent; Mayor Gourley, Jaworski. <br />MINUTES <br />On considering the minutes of October 15, 1981, there were no additions or <br />corrections. Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve as presented. Seconded by <br />Mr. McLean. Motion carried unanimously. <br />On considering the minutes of October 26, 1981, Mr. McLean moved to approve <br />as presented. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />On considering the minutes of November 5, 1981, Mrs. Elsenpeter corrected <br />the number of votes received by Richard Michael Cheney - the number should <br />read '81'.
