June 14, 1982 <br />2 <br />Mayor Benson asked if anything has been resolved on the Weber water problem? <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter reported that Mr. Rehbein had drained the water off the Weber property. <br />IIIOn Park Damage, Mayor Benson asked Mr. Volk if there was anything to report and <br />Mr. Volk said he was waiting for the Ordinance. Mr. Hawkins said he had just finished <br />the draft. <br />1 <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Mr. Schumacher presented the copy of the Community Profile that had been prepared for the <br />City noting the information contained in the report. <br />Mr. Reinert asked if the surrounding communities have similar reports, and Mr. Schumacher <br />said he didn't know. Mr. Reinert requested this be checked and, if so, to obtain a <br />copy for the City. <br />Mr. Schumacher reported on the Residential Land Development Regulations, pointing out <br />that Lino Lakes ranks as the lowest in costs related to the construction of a new home. <br />There are some interesting points in the report. <br />Mayor Benson reported that he had received a letter from Gary Cormican asking the <br />procedure for obtaining water and sewer on land abutting County Road J. This he will <br />forward to the Building Inspector. <br />Mayor Benson said he had had an opportunity to visit with Sen. Dahl and requested his <br />assistance on several projects and had invited him to visit the City and discuss any <br />items he felt the City should be aware of. <br />Mayor Benson had also talked with Marshall Dahl at his request. The Circle Pines Council <br />had received the letter and they had addressed it at their first meeting. Mayor Benson <br />suggested that the City Administrators get together and lay some ground rules for <br />discussion. <br />Mayor Benson had received a letter from Mr. Cliff Holman inviting the Council and <br />members of the community to a meeting scheduled for June 29, 1982 at 7:00 P.M. in the <br />Centennial Senior Library dealing with the educational programs and services. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adjourn. Mr. Hawkins, <br />Mr. Schumacher, Chief Myhre were also present. <br />MINUTES - JUNE 1, 1982 - BOARD OF REVIEW <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the minutes of June 1, 1982 as presented. Seconded by <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
